The OnCall IT team is comprised of an energetic, well-educated, socially adept group of people who come from diverse backgrounds of technical experience, have strong technical knowledge, and are well-versed in communicating technical information to non-technical end users in a clear, patient, and pleasant manner.
Our people are:
- Full-time employees, not contract workers
- College-educated at 4-year universities, a majority hailing from the fields of Computer Science & Engineering
- Skilled in balancing technical expertise with customer service

Because the field of IT requires discretion with sensitive information and a high level of integrity, new OnCall IT employees complete a rigorous screening process and background check prior to being hired.
